LORKA EOOD delivers the ordered goods using a third party - courier.

The customer chooses a preferred courier from those available in the e-store. Possible options are Speedy or Econt, and the Customer can choose delivery to an exact address or delivery to a selected courier office. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself in advance with the conditions of the respective courier regarding the conditions for delivery of the goods. LORKA EOOD is not responsible for the implementation and modification of these conditions by the respective courier.

When choosing delivery to the Customer's address, the goods are delivered to the address specified by him and LROKA EOOD is not responsible for non-delivery of the goods in the event that the data specified by the Customer is false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

In the above cases, as well as in the absence of a person to receive the goods or in case of non-request of goods from the courier's office (if such a delivery option is selected), the goods are returned to LORKA EOOD within the terms and under the conditions determined by the respective courier , as all costs are for the account of the Customer. The term of delivery of the goods and the starting moment from which it runs is determined for each good separately at the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract. The customer receives an e-mail to the e-mail address specified by him, indicating the status of the order. Any change in order status will be notified to the customer by email.

If the product is available, it will be delivered within 3 working days. The indicated delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.

In exceptional cases, LORKA EOOD reserves the right to set a longer term, for which it notifies the Client.

In the event that LORKA EOOD has not set a deadline for delivery, the deadline for delivery of the goods is 30 calendar days, starting from the date following the placing of the order through the Electronic Store website.

In the event that LORKA EOOD cannot fulfill the contract due to the fact that it does not have the ordered goods, it is obliged to notify the Customer and refund the sums paid by him within 30 calendar days from the date on which LORKA EOOD followed to fulfill its obligation under the contract.

LORKA EOOD reserves the right to change the third party performing the delivery without prior warning to the Customer, as long as this does not change the method of delivery and does not increase the price.

The Customer must inspect the goods at the time of receipt and if they do not correspond to the order or have defects, notify the Supplier immediately.
